Terms Of Service

• 1. Use of the Bot

  • 1.1 The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Bot will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • 1.2 You agree not to use the Bot for any unlawful purposes or in a way that violates any of Discord's ToS.
  • 1.3 You agree that we have the right to terminate your access to the Bot without any warning if deemed necessary.
  • 1.4 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice.
  • 1.5 You agree not to abuse, exploit or glitch the bot in any sorts of ways
  • 1.6 You agree to report any errors and bugs to the Development Team immediately
  • 1.7 You understand that you may be blacklisted from our Bots if you violate any of these Terms, including the following ones.

• 2. User Conduct

  • 2.1 You are solely responsible for your interactions with the Bot.
  • 2.2 You agree not to harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Bot.
  • 2.3 You agree not to impersonate the bot or any of its Owners, Developers, Staff or anyone affiliated with it.

• 3. Intellectual Property

  • 3.1 All content included in or made available through the Bot, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations is the property of the Provider or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws.
  • 3.2 You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Bot without our prior written consent from an Owner of Sentrify Development.

• 4. Governing Law

  • 4.1 These ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the official Discord Terms of Service.

• 5. Changes to the ToS

  • 5.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these ToS at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
